For security and monitoring purpose, the Jaunpur University has been enabled with 167 CCTV IP based cameras that receives control data and sends image data via the Internet, managed from a  single place and are giving full coverage to the university campus. The IP CCTV system is backed with the storage mechanism of 108 TB per month that enhances the set up for reference purposes.
